Inter manager Antonio Conte will make several changes to the starting line-up for Sunday’s match away to Lecce compared to the side that started against Cagliari on Tuesday according to a report in today’s print edition of Gazzetta dello Sport.

Stefan de Vrij and Alessandro Bastoni will both return to the starting line-up and will take the places of Andrea Ranocchia and Diego Godin. Antonio Candreva will also meanwhile return in place of Valentino Lazaro at right wing back.

There will be a single change in the midfield too. Nicolo Barella and Marcelo Brozovic will retain their places but Borja Valero will drop out and be replaced by Stefano Sensi meaning the trio of Barella, Brozovic and Sensi will get a rare opportunity to all start together.

The final change will be in the attack where Lautaro Martinez will replace Alexis Sanchez.

Probable Inter starting line-up (3-5-2): Samir Handanovic; Milan Skriniar, Stefan de Vrij, Alessandro Bastoni; Antonio Candreva, Nicolo Barella, Marcelo Brozovic, Stefano Sensi, Cristiano Biraghi; Romelu Lukaku, Lautaro Martinez.
