Inter new boy Ashley Young has taken to photo sharing social media platform Instagram to bid farewell to Manchester United.
The 34-year-old has not long completed a transfer believed to be worth €1.5 million from the Premier League side and has joined Inter on an initial six month contract until the end of the season that comes with an option to extend by a further season.
The 39-time England international spent eight and a half years with the Red Devils and spent his latter time with them as club captain. He leaves them having made 261 appearances.
“To Manchester United, you gave me the chance to play with legends, to win trophies, to work under the greatest manager in history and to be your captain. Thank you for letting me be part of your story for eight and a half years,” he posted.
