Trapani have joined Livorno in showing an interest in taking Inter youngster Xian Emmers on loan for the remainder of the season according to a report on the website of Sky Sport Italia tranfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio.
Emmers is currently out on loan at Waasland-Beveren in his native Belgium but has found playing time at the Belgian Jupiler Pro League outfit limited.
The young central midfielder has made just nine appearances and has only featured in one of their last 10 league games with his last league appearance dating back to the beginning of November.
Emmers arrived at Inter back in the Summer of 2015 from KRC Genk and began life at the Nerazzurri in the under 17 side. The following Summer he was promoted to the Primavera, the highest youth level.
He spent the entire 2018/19 season out on loan at Serie B side Cremonese and has a contract with Inter until the end of the 2021/22 season.
