Luis Fernando Menez Garcia, the agent of Emerson Palmieri, has confirmed that no clubs have been in touch with him regarding his client.
“I know that Maurizio Sarri and Antonio Conte like him very much. Both of the teams have shown an interest in the past, but I have never heard from anyone. Nobody has been in touch with me recently,” he explained in an interview with juvenews.eu.
Both Juventus and Inter have been linked with moves for him in the past few weeks but many reports have stated Chelsea are reluctant to let him go and for this reason they slapped a big price-tag on his head to deter any interest.
The former Roma and Santos player, who joined the Stamford Bridge club in January 2018, has made 17 appearances across all competitions to date this season. In 1251 minutes on the field, the Italo-Brazilian has provided a single assist for his teammates.
