With Matias Vecino possibly leaving the club, Inter are looking at midfielders they could potentially bring in to fill the space he vacates according to a report in today’s print edition of Tuttosport.

Vecino has been played on the transfer list by Inter after relations between him and Inter manager Antonio Conte broke down and there has been some interest in his services with Manchester United, Lazio and AC Milan all linked to him.

Therefore, Inter could reignite their interest in signing Udinese star Rodrigo de Paul. The Argentine international is very versatile and could be the ideal man to complete the Inter squad, the report goes on.

Inter have drawn links to de Paul for some time but have always opted for other names before him but now could be the time that Inter go in for him.

This season de Paul has scored four goals and provided two assists in 18 appearances across all competitions to date.
