Inter defender Milan Skriniar has spoken on what it means to have played so many games for Inter since his arrival at the club in the Summer of 2017 from Sampdoria.

“It means a lot for me because I have already played 100 games in three years, it is a beautiful thing. I did not expect to do it so soon, even though I always wanted to do my best,” he explained in an interview with Inter TV.

The Slovak international centre back also spoke on how he has grown from a personal point of view during his time in the Nerazzurri shirt.

“Playing for Inter has been so important for my personal growth, when I arrived in Milan I was just a kid who played football for Sampdoria, a club that gave me a lot but here I have grown a lot as a man.”

The 24-year-old has made 26 appearances across all competitions this season. In 2340 minutes on the park, he has tallied a single assist.
