Inter and Napoli have agreed a deal worth a total of €23 million for Matteo Politano according to Sky Sport Italia transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio, who has just broken the news on air moments ago.
Napoli will sign Politano on an 18 month loan with obligation to buy deal from Inter and the €23 million total is broken down as follows: Napoli will pay €2 million for the loan, €19 million to buy him permanently and the final €2 million is bonuses.
Italian international winger Politano will undergo his medical with the Stadio San Paolo outfit on Monday.
Di Marzio has also confirmed that Fernando Llorente will not be part of the deal between the clubs and will not be allowed to leave Napoli in general.
Napoli had contacted SPAL regarding the availability of Andrea Petagna in the past few days but SPAL told them Petagna was going nowhere which is why they have decided against including the veteran Spaniard in the deal with the Nerazzurri.
As a result, Inter will look to close a deal for Chelsea Olivier Giroud as soon as possible.
