In an interview with DAZN, Cagliari midfielder Radja Nainggolan reflected on the 1-1 draw with parent club Inter at San Siro.

“I think we played well from the start, came here to play with character and pass the ball around. Perhaps some incidents even went against us, but nothing against Inter, this is football, and some incidents need to be seen again,” the Belgian began.

“It’s not just the goal with a push, but there should also have been a red card. We don’t want to see a broken leg before someone gets sent off.”

He then spoke on his time at Inter and his future.

“I have a great deal of respect for the Inter fans and my former teammates, but I felt that I was treated like a mediocre player when I was here.

“I wish them all the best for the future. On the one hand I am happy, on the other I’m not. Who knows what my future holds? I certainly don’t! I am concentrating game by game, battling with my teammates and we are fighting for something important.”
