West Ham United are set to rival fellow Premier League side Everton for the signature of Inter midfielder Matias Vecino according to a report in today’s print edition of Tuttosport.
Vecino has been told by Inter that he is no longer part of the clubs plans and the Nerazzurri are trying to offload him before the transfer window slams shut in the next few days.
Inter are looking for €20 million for the 28-year-old Uruguayan international midfielder, who has been with the club since the Summer of 2017.
Everton have been pushing to sign Vecino for a little while now but West Ham have come forward and shown an interest in landing the former Fiorentina player.
With Vecino seemingly set to depart, Inter are on the look-out for a player that can replace him and fill the void he will leave. As per the Turin newspaper, Parma’s Juraj Kucka could be a player that Inter go in for.
