Inter are one of four clubs battling it out to sign Islam Slimani before the transfer market closes according to a report from FCInterNews.it.

Slimani’s agent Federico Pastorello offered him to Inter management during a meeting at a hotel in Milan earlier on today.

As per the report, Inter will make any move they do make for the 31-year-old former Sporting player on the basis of a loan deal until the end of this season and it remains to be seen if there would be an option to buy attached.

The Leciester City owned striker, who is currently out on loan at Ligue 1 outfit Monaco, is also understood to have interest in his services from both Manchester United, Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur.

Slimani has been in fine form during his loan with Monaco having netted seven goals and as many assists in 14 games across all competitions to date this season.
