Inter have reignited an interest in signing Argentine youth international starlet Pedro De La Vega according to a report from FCInterNews.it.

The Nerazzurri drew strong links with the 18-year-old winger, who is currently on the books of Superliga Argentina side Lanus, this past Summer and looked to have got a deal done in synergy with Genoa but the deal collapsed at the last minute.

Inter then turned their attention elsewhere but are now back looking at De La Vega and they also have a lot more competition for his signature now than they did little over six months ago.

Parma recently had an €8 million offer for him rejected and as per the report, Lanus are now looking for at least €12 million to let De La Vega depart the club. There is also Premier League interest in De La Vega with Manchester City understood to be keen on him.

This season De La Vega has made 12 appearances across all competitions, in which he has scored two goals.
