Tahith Chong is one of several players that Inter are targeting on a free transfer ahead of this Summer according to a report in today’s print edition of Tuttosport.

The Dutch youth international’s contract with Premier League side Manchester United is due to expire at the end of this season and Inter have already met with his representatives several times in recent months to hold talks over a possible move.

The 20-year-old attacker first impressed Inter during pre-season when Inter faced his United in the International Champions Cup and they have kept an eye on him since.

Inter could offer him a salary in excess of €2 million and could loan him out to their Chinese sister club Jiangsu Suning for a season.

The Nerazzurri are however not alone in courting him with Juventus and many other sides also reportedly having an interest in him.

The report from the Turin based newspaper states that Chelsea’s Olivier Giroud, Napoli’s Dries Mertens and Paris Saint Germain’s Layvin Kurzawa are all also being targeted on free transfers.
