Inter manager Antonio Conte will make a few changes to the starting line-up for this weekend’s Derby della Madonnina at home to city rivals AC Milan according to Milan based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport.

With Alessandro Bastoni picking up a booking in last weekend’s 2-0 win over Udinese, he is suspended for this match and his place in the team will be taken by Diego Godin.

Antonio Candreva will also come back into the line-up having been benched for the win in Udine on Sunday night. Candreva was rested for the match and replaced by Victor Moses, who will start from the bench against the Rossoneri.

Alexis Sanchez will be handed his fifth start in an Inter jersey since his Summer transfer window arrival as he will take the place of teen sensation Sebastiano Esposito alongside Romelu Lukaku upfront.

Probable Inter starting line-up (3-5-2): Daniele Padelli; Diego Godin, Stefan De Vrij, Milan Skriniar; Antonio Candreva, Nicolo Barella, Marcelo Brozovic, Christian Eriksen, Ashley Young; Romelu Lukaku, Alexis Sanchez.
