Manchester United have began the process of seeking potential suitors for Alexis Sanchez ahead of the Summer transfer window according to a report from British news outlet the Manchester Evening News.

The Chilean international attacker joined Inter on a season long loan from the Red Devils during the Summer transfer window and Inter have not been given an option to sign him permanently with United hoping it will only drive up interest in him.

This news comes just weeks after Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer had suggested that the former Arsenal man was set to be given another chance at the club during pre-season.

The 31-year-old is under contract with the Premier League side until the end of the 2021/22 season and is understood to be earning no less than £400,000 net a week (approximately €472,000).

Whilst out on loan at Inter, Sanchez has made 10 appearances across all competitions. In 383 minutes on the park, he has contributed one goal and tallied three assists.
