Inter are one of several club to have taken a keen interest in signing Atalanta’s Matteo Pessina according to a report from FCInterNews.it.

The young Italian midfielder has shone whilst out on loan at Hellas Verona and has caught the eye of a number of clubs as a result.

Inter have had scouts at several of the Gialloblu club’s games as of late to keep tabs on Marash Kumbulla and the progress that Eddie Salcedo is making whilst out on loan and this has also allowed them to take a look at Pessina too.

Juventus are also understood to be interested in the former AC Milan academy player but the report stresses that for the time being there have been no concrete offers made from anyone.

Pessina is represented by Giuseppe ‘Beppe’ Riso, an agent who Inter have good relations with, something that may help give them an upper hand if they do go in with an offer for Pessina.
