Real Madrid are considering offering a potential player plus cash deal to Inter for defender Milan Skriniar according to a report from Spanish news outlet El Desmarque.
Since joining Inter two and a half seasons ago from fellow Serie A side Sampdoria, Skriniar has cemented himself not only as one of the best defenders in Italy but worldwide too.
As per the report, Real Madrid are hopeful of tempting Inter to negotiate over the Slovakian international by offering Luka Modric as part of the deal.
Inter showed a strong interest in signing Modric in the Summer of 2018 and the Croatian international could well push to leave the Santiago Bernabeu club having lost his place in the team to Fede Valverde.
Los Blancos are however not the only club interested in Skriniar with reports elsewhere also linking Manchester City, Manchester United and Barcelona with him.
This season 25-year-old Skriniar has made 30 appearances across all competitions, in which he has tallied a single assist and helped the team keep numerous clean sheets.
