Matteo Politano has taken to social media platform to thanks the Inter fans for the reception he was given on his return to San Siro.

The Italian international winger left Inter for Napoli in a loan with obligation to buy deal during the recent January transfer window and returned for the first time on Wednesday night for the Coppa Italia semi final first leg, a match which Napoli won 1-0 with thanks to a goal from midfielder Fabian Ruiz.

“Thanks to the splendid fans at San Siro for the welcome,” he posted.
