Serie A have taken to photo sharing social media platform Instagram to wish a happy birthday to one of the greatest players to have ever played in the league, Roberto Baggio.
The 1993 Balon d’Or winner represented several Serie A clubs during his career including Juventus, Inter Milan and Brescia.
Baggio spent two years on Inter’s books between the years of 1998 and 2000 and although he suffered a few injuries during his time with the club and was not always in favour when fit, he still managed to net 17 goals in 59 appearances across all competitions.
“Everyone loved him. Even those he kept dribbling past. Happy Birthday, Roberto Baggio,” they posted.
