Just four players who started in Sunday’s 2-1 Serie A loss away to Lazio are to retain their place in the side for the Europa League round of 32 first leg tie with Ludogorets with Inter manager Antonio Conte sent to almost entirely rotate the team according to a report from FCInterNews.it.

Daniele Padelli will remain in goal with Samir Handanovic still sidelined by the hairline fracture to the small finger in his left hand.

Diego Godin will retain his place in the defence but will have Andrea Ranocchia and Danilo D’Ambrosio alongside him rather than Milan Skriniar and Stefan de Vrij.

Conte is to change both wing backs with Victor Moses and Cristiano Biraghi to come in for Antonio Candreva and Ashley Young respectively.

In the midfield, Borja Valero and Christian Eriksen will come in in place of Marcelo Brozovic and Nicolo Barella. Alexis Sanchez will meanwhile be back in the starting line-up and will start alongside Lautaro Martinez, with Romelu Lukaku to be rested.

Probable Inter starting line-up (3-5-2): Daniele Padelli; Diego Godin, Andrea Ranocchia, Danilo D’Ambrosio; Victor Moses, Matias Vecino, Borja Valero, Christian Eriksen, Cristiano Biraghi; Lautaro Martinez, Alexis Sanchez.
