Inter manager Antonio Conte is understood to be weighing up who to play in the attack in Thursday’s Europa League round of 32 clash at home to Ludogorets according to a report in today’s print edition of Corriere dello Sport.

Conte heavily rotated the side for the first leg in Razgrad, Bulgaria, last week and the side is expected to remain heavily rotated for the match at San Siro, which will be played behind closed doors as a result of the Coronavirus outbreak in Italy.

Alexis Sanchez started the first leg and will also start the second leg but it remains to be seen who will partner him up top.

Lautaro Martinez is out of the equation with him suspended for the second leg. Conte could take the easy option and deploy Inter’s top goalscorer Romelu Lukaku alongside him or he could give youngster Edoardo Vergani his first team debut.

Alternatively, a formation change could take place and Conte could deploy Christian Eriksen in behind the Chilean international.
