Inter are to refund everyone who had purchased a ticket for the upcoming Europa League round of 32 second leg tie at home to Ludogorets after both clubs confirmed it is to be played behind closed doors according to Corriere della Sera.

Late on Monday night both clubs released statements that the decision had been taken to play the match at San Siro without fans in attendance due to the recent outbreak of Coronavirus in Italy.

Some 30,000 fans had bought tickets to take in the match but will now not be able to do so but they will not be left out of pocket with the Nerazzurri set to reimburse them all.

The decision to play the game behind closed doors is just the latest case of a sporting event in Italy being affected by the outbreak with several games, including four Serie A matches in affected areas, being postponed this past weekend.
