Inter manager Antonio Conte will make a trio of changes to the side that started in last week’s Europa League round of 32 first leg against Ludogorets for tomorrow night’s second leg according to a report from FCInterNews.it.

Alessandro Bastoni is to come in at centre back in place of Diego Godin to enable the Uruguayan player time to rest ahead of this weekend’s Derby D’Italia against Juventus which he is largely expected to start in alongside Stefan de Vrij and Milan Skriniar.

Nicolo Barella will also come back into the starting line-up for the match against the Bulgarian champions having started the first leg from the bench and he will take the place of Matias Vecino.

The final change concerns the attack where Romelu Lukaku will come in and partner Alexis Sanchez up top.

Probable Inter starting line-up (3-5-2): Daniele Padelli; Danilo D’Ambrosio, Andrea Ranocchia, Alessandro Bastoni; Victor Moses, Nicolo Barella, Borja Valero, Christian Eriksen, Cristiano Biraghi; Romelu Lukaku, Alexis Sanchez.
