Marcos Alonso could be tempted to follow several now former Premier League players to Inter in the upcoming Summer transfer window according to a report from British news outlet The Sun.

All three of Inter’s January transfer window signings in Christian Eriksen, Victor Moses and Ashley Young came from the Premier League whilst Romelu Lukaku and Alexis Sanchez both arrived from the Premier League in the Summer.

Due to the number of players to have flocked from the Premier League to the Nerazzurri, Alonso could be tempted into following suit.

Alonso worked under current Inter manager Antonio Conte at Chelsea and was a big part of Conte’s side but he has found himself fall out of favour with both Maurizio Sarri and Frank Lampard since Conte’s departure.

This season the 29-year-old Spaniard has played a total of 17 games across all competitions in which he has scored two goals and provided three assists for teammates.
