Inter have a total of 60 people currently in quarantine due to the ongoing global Coronavirus pandemic according to a report in today’s print edition of Milan based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport.

In the past few days Juventus announced that centre back Daniele Rugani had tested positive for the virus and Inter immediately quarantined the players and staff who went to Turin for this past weekend’s match against Juventus.

The quarantine, as per the report, will end on March 25, which will be 15 days since the match, The situation will be reviewed on this date.

With the players unable to attend training for the time being, Inter manager Antonio Conte is keen to ensure that the player’s fitness levels do not drop and has set them all up with schedules to follow at home.

Reports elsewhere in the media have stated that Inter, particularly club doctor Piero Volpi, is in constant contact with Massimo Galli, an infectious disease specialist at the Sacco hospital in Milan, to understand what needs to be done.
