Inter are keeping tabs on Paris Saint Germain defender Thomas Meunier with a view to potentially making a move for him in the upcoming Summer transfer window according to a report in the print edition of Gazzetta dello Sport.

The Belgian national team defender’s contract with the Ligue 1 outfit is due to expire at the end of this season meaning he could be acquired on a free transfer.

Meunier is waiting to see if PSG will come forward with a new contract offer for him whilst the report states that Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur are both also keeping an eye on him.

The 28-year-old has been plying his trade in the French capital since the Summer of 2016 and he has made 128 appearances across all competitions since.

This season the former Club Brugge defender has made 27 appearances across all competitions to date. In just over 2100 minutes on the field, he has scored one goal and provided two assists.
