Fiorentina president and owner Rocco Commisso is not keen on doing business with Juventus over midfielder Gaetano Castrovilli according to a report in today’s print edition of Tuttosport.
The Bianconeri have seemingly identified Castrovilli as a target ahead of the Summer transfer window but Commisso is likely to be the biggest obstacle to negotiations taking place and a deal being reached.
Commisso does not want to negotiate with the reigning Italian champions unless it really conveniences him and the Viola given how important Castrovilli has become.
Juventus could well try tempt Commisso into dealing Castrovilli by offering Rolando Mandragora as part of any potential deal.
With Commisso reluctant to deal with Juventus, this will no doubt come as a boost to Inter’s hopes of being able to land 23-year-old Castrovilli.
This season the Italian national team midfielder has made 26 appearances across all competitions to date in which he has scored three goals and provided two assists.
