Chelsea have slapped a €20 million price tag on Emerson Palmieri in the upcoming Summer transfer window according to a report in today’s print edition of Tuttosport.
In the past few weeks and months, the Italian national team defender has drawn links to a whole array of clubs, especially arch rivals Inter and Juventus.
Inter manager Antonio Conte seemingly really wants to bring Emerson in to bolster the club’s full back department whilst Juventus have identified him as a player they could bring in in the event that Alex Sandro departs the club.
This season the 25-year-old has made 18 appearances across all competitions to date in which he has provided a single assist.
The report from the Turin based newspaper does however go on to state that Juventus may opt to swoop for FC Porto’s Alex Telles and if they do, it would mean one less team Inter would have to compete with for Emerson.
