Barcelona have identified a handful of alternatives to Lautaro Martinez in the event that they are unable to sign him from Inter in the coming months according to a report from Spanish news outlet Mundo Deportivo.

The 22-year-old Argentine national team striker is their primary transfer target when it comes to the attack and they are ready to do a player(s) plus cash deal for him but Inter are standing firm and continue to state that they will only let Lautaro go if his €111 million release clause is triggered.

As a result of this, Barcelona management have shortlisted five players who they could move for instead of the former Racing Club player, who has a contract with Inter until the end of the 2022/23 season.

As per the report, those five players are RB Leipzig’s Timo Werner, Chelsea’s Tammy Abraham, Real Sociedad’s Alexander Isak, KAA Gent’s Jonathan David and LOSC Lille’s Victor Osimhen.
