Paris Saint Germain are closing in on the signing of FC Porto defender Alex Telles according to a report in today’s print edition of Portuguese newspaper O Jogo.
The newly crowned French champions have reached a deal worth €25 million with FC Porto over the Brazilian national team full back, who will come in and take the place of Layvin Kurzawa, who is set to depart the Parc des Princes club in the coming months once his contract with the club expires.
A few days ago a report emerged that Juventus were interested in signing him and that Inter were also interested in re-signing him but both clubs appear set to miss out upon the former Galatasaray player who seems bound for the French capital.
This season the 27-year-old has made 40 appearances across all competitions to date. In just over 3300 minutes on the field, he has scored 10 goals and has also provided nine assists.
