Inter celebrated former Nerazzurri midfielder Lothar Matthäus with a post on their Twitter page yesterday.
The Nerazzurri announced that they had dedicated InterTV yesterday to the 59-year-olld German, who spent four years of his career with the Milanese club. The 1990 World Cup winner made 154 apperances across all competitions in that time, for a total of 13652 minutes. In that time, he scored 53 goals and provided eight assists.
Inter posted a video of Matthäus alongside the caption: “I remember all the games I played at Inter. They were only four out of the 21 years of my career, but they were the most beautiful and exciting moments.’ What is your most exciting memory of Lothar Matthäus?”
