Inter striker Lautaro Martinez’s agent, Beto Yaque, discussed the market rumours surrounding the player and his future in an interview with Italian media outlet Cittaceleste earlier today.

“Of everything that the newspapers are writing and that I read earlier, there is really nothing true. This is the only truth.”

The future of the 22-year-old Argentine striker is unclear, with many clubs interested in acquiring the Nerazzurri star. The player has a €111 million release clause, but so far no club has approached Inter with a serious interest in activating it.

Barcelona are the club most keen on signing Lautaro, although they cannot reach the requested price. Instead, the Blaugrana are hoping that Inter will an accept an offer of €60 million in cash plus two players in exchange. The Catalan side believe that Lautaro would be the perfect replacement for the aging Luis Suarez, who is currently recovering from a serious injury.

Other clubs have also expressed an interest in Lautaro, including Paris Saint Germain and Real Madrid, but many think that either the player will join Barcelona or will remain with Inter.
