The Inter squad was divided into three training groups today, to undergo their staggered individual training sessions, according to a report from Italian broadcaster Sky Sports Italia.

The report details how the first players to arrive were captain Samir Handanovic and backup Daniele Padelli, before 20-year-old Italian defender Alessandro Bastoni. The rest of the squad soon followed after. One of Inter’s doctors, Dr. Corsini, arrived first at the centre to test any players that needed it, with the remaining staff undergoing tests next week, like coach Antonio Conte.

The squad were divided into three groups, the report continues, undergoing their training sessions at different times. The first group started at 2:30pm, followed by the second group at 4pm and then finally the third group at 5:30pm.

Discussions are currently ongoing surrounding a return to squad training, with one possible date being the 18th of May. Clubs are hoping that the league can be restarted in the first weeks of June.
