Inter are closely following Brescia midfielder Sandro Tonali according to a report from Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio.

As per the report on Di Marzio’s eponymous website, Inter are ready to focus in on the recently turned 20-year-old midfielder, who Inter management deem to be the ideal sort of player to bring in to the club.

Inter chief executive Giuseppe ‘Beppe’ Marotta has good relations with Brescia president and owner Massimo Cellino and Tonali himself has expressed a liking for the idea of a move to Inter in the coming months.

The report explains that it will not be easy for Inter to sign Tonali with Juventus also interested in landing him among other clubs including Barcelona, who have already made contact with the youngster’s representatives.

Di Marzio goes on to report that Inter are also keeping tabs on Fiorentina and Italian national team winger Federico Chiesa but for the time being La Viola’s evaluation of the 22-year-old is out of reach for the Nerazzurri due to high price.
