Inter will not give up in their pursuit for Fiorentina winger Federico Chiesa according to a report from Italian news outlet CalcioMercato.com.
The Nerazzurri club are long term admirers of the 22-year-old Italian national team winger, who Fiorentina, as per the report value in the region of €65-70 million.
La Viola have also seemingly not closed the door on the possibility of receiving a player or players as part of a deal for Chiesa, who has also been heavily linked with a move to Inter’s arch rivals Juventus.
Fiorentina are said to like Inter trio Roberto Gagliardini, Radja Nainggolan and teen sensation Sebastiano Esposito and the report goes on to state that the chances of a deal being concluded are high but Inter must overcome the competition they face from Juventus.
The report goes on to add that Chiesa, who has scored seven goals and tallied five assists in 26 appearances this season, is yet to take a decision on his future.
