Emerson Palmieri is one of four players who have been placed on the transfer list by Chelsea ahead of the upcoming Summer transfer window according to a report in today’s print edition of Tuttosport.
Chelsea are looking to raise a sum of €100 million to help fund moves for their transfer targets and believe that the sales of Emerson, Michy Batshuayi, Ross Barkley and Kurt Zouma could help them raise such funds.
This news will come as a boost to Inter who have been courting Emerson for some time as they look to strengthen at full back.
The report from the Turin based newspaper does however go on to add that Chelsea are hoping to add two Inter transfer targets to their ranks with the money raised.
The Premier League side would like to sign Dries Mertens on a free transfer and have also set their sights on RB Leipzig striker Timo Werner.
