Inter have made contact with Nice with regard to Youcef Atal according to a report from Italian news outlet TuttoMercatoWeb.
The highly rated Algerian national team full back is seen as one of the most promising in his position and a number of other clubs, including others from Italy, have shown an interest in signing him ahead of the upcoming Summer transfer window too.
As per the report, Atal, who has a contract with the Ligue 1 side until the end of the 2022/23 season, could cost interested clubs in excess of €20 million.
This is not the first time Inter have been linked with making a move for the 23-year-old with the Nerazzurri club also being linked with him around this time last year alongside Chelsea and Bayern Munich.
This season Atal has made 14 appearances across all competitions to date. In just shy of 1100 minutes on the field, Atal has scored one goal and provided two assists.
