Inter manager Antonio Conte has told the club to go out and sign Barcelona midfielder Arturo Vidal, Paris Saint Germain striker Edinson Cavani and Napoli striker Dries Mertens in the upcoming Summer transfer window according to a report from Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia.

Conte wants to bring success to Inter and wishes to do so immediately by bringing in players who can instantly help Inter make a leap in quality and better position them to win some silverware.

The former Italian national team manager wishes to be reunited with Vidal and the Chilean national team midfielder would also like to work with Conte again, who he previously worked under at Inter’s arch rivals Juventus where he was arguably the best version of himself.

Cavani and Mertens contracts with their respective employers are both set to expire at the end of this season and as a result both players could be brought in on free transfers and would really bolster Inter’s attacking department.

Aside from players capable of helping the club make an instant leap in quality, the report goes on to add that Inter are also wanting to bring in young players with big potential.
