Inter chief executive Giuseppe ‘Beppe’ Marotta is at work on trying to make space to bring in both Barcelona midfielder Arturo Vidal and Brescia midfielder Sandro Tonali according to a report in today’s print edition of Gazzetta dello Sport.

In order to make room for the duo, Borja Valero will certainly depart when his contract expires at the end of next month and one of Matias Vecino and Roberto Gagliardini will also depart the club.

Vidal is certain to leave Barcelona in the coming months and Inter manager Antonio Conte is pushing for the club to reunite him with the Chilean international.

As for Tonali, Conte would open the highly rated youngster with open arms. Brescia continue to demand at least €50 million for the newly turned 20-year-old sensation, which is a too high a figure for anyone at the moment given the Coronavirus crisis and the impact it has made financially on clubs.
