A huge bidding war is expected to take place for Atalanta full back Timothy Castagne according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian newspaper L’Eco Di Bergamo.

The Belgian national team player has just over a year left on his current contract and will be on the market in the coming months with the report going on to explain that Atalanta are believed to be hoping to get somewhere between €20-25 million for him.

Inter have been linked with making a move for the former KRC Genk player to bolster their full back department and it is understood that Juventus, Napoli, Paris Saint Germain and Tottenham Hotspur are all also interested in signing the 24-year-old.

This season Castagne has made 19 appearances across all competitions to date. In just shy of 1400 minutes on the park, he has scored two goals and has also provided a total of two assists for his teammates.
