Inter forward Alexis Sanchez will most definitely return to Manchester United in the summer but is hoping to make a strong final impression in Milan, according to a report from Italian news outlet Gazzetta.it earlier today.

The report details how the 31-year-old Chilean forward, who is currently on a dry loan at the Nerazzurri, is set to return to England in the summer, as Inter aren’t interested in signing the player permanently.

Despite this fact, Sanchez wants to impress coach Antonio Conte and complete the season in strong form. Before the Coronavirus stop, the report continues, the player was beginning to be worked into coach Antonio Conte’s squad.

He appeared in Inter’s most recent six league games and managed to bag two assists in that time. Overall this season, Sanchez has made 15 appearances across all competitions, for a total of 596 minutes, scoring one goal and providing three assists in that time.
