Inter are working hard to sign Brescia starlet Sandro Tonali and are ahead in the race, according to a report to Italian media outlet Calciomercato.com earlier today.

The report details how the 19-year-old Italian midfielder, who is contracted to the Lombard club until 2021, could still join either the Nerazzurri or the interested Juventus.

The Bianconeri haven’t given up yet in the race for Tonali’s signature and are hoping to secure his signature ahead of the Nerazzurri, similar to the race to sign Dejan Kulusevski.

Inter are prepared to offer over €30 million for Tonali, the report continues, and have been hard at work to try and convince the player to choose Milan over Turin.

The Italian international has been one of the best players for Brescia this season and is ready to move up in his career. The player has made 24 appearances across all competitions so far this season, for a total of 2130 minutes. In that time, he has scored one goal and provided five assists.
