Chelsea are looking to sell off five first team players in order to revolutionize their squad, with two Inter targets set to be sold, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the English tabloid Daily Express.

The report details how the Blues are looking to sell Marcos Alonso, Emerson Palmieri, Michy Batshuayi, Davide Zappacosta and Tiemoué Bakayoko in the summer, with the funds earned from the deals set to be reinvested into Frank Lampard’s squad.

Juventus are also interested in signing Emerson, the report continues, and are currently ahead in the race for the Italian international fullback with Brazilian roots.

Inter, on the other hand, are more interested in former Fiorentina full back Alonso, with coach Antonio Conte appreciating the player’s qualities. The Lecce born coach knows both players well from his time in London in charge of Chelsea and prefers Alonso due to the Spaniard suiting his tactical system.
