Ivan Perisic could potentially be reintegrated at Inter if Bayern Munich do not sign him up on a permanent basis according to a report in today’s print edition of Corriere dello Sport.

Perisic is currently out on loan at the Bundesliga club and they have an option to sign him up for €20 million but if they do not he could be given another chance at Inter, a year on from being judged as out of the club’s project by club management alongside Radja Nainggolan and Mauro Icardi.

The report explains that should the Croatian national team winger return to the Nerazzurri, Inter manager Antonio Conte could try and utilise him as a second striker.

Perisic, who joined Inter back in 2015 and has a contract with the club until 2022, has made 23 appearances across all competitions to date this season. In just over 1200 minutes on the park, he has tallied five goals and eight assists.
