Paris Saint-Germain will not offer a contract extension to Edinson Cavani according to a report from the online edition of sports broadcaster ESPN.
The Uruguayan national team striker’s current deal with the newly crowned Ligue 1 champions is set to expire at the end of next month and as per this report will leave the French capital after seven years of service.
The report goes on to explain that Inter have proposed a three year contract to the 33-year-old, formerly of Napoli, but adds that Cavani is yet to decide where he will play next season.
Inter are not the only club interested in signing Cavani with the report also stating that Newcastle United, Boca Juniors and Inter Miami are all also interested in adding him to their ranks.
This season Cavani has made a total of 22 appearances across all competitions to date in which he has scored seven goals and provided a total of three assists for his teammates.
