Inter disagree with Barcelona’s €41 million valuation of Spanish full back Junior Firpo, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Rome based newspaper Corriere dello Sport.

The report details how the two clubs are looking for a suitable deal for 22-year-old Argentine striker Lautaro Martinez, who the Catalan club are incredibly keen to sign in the summer. The Blaugrana cannot afford Lautaro’s €111 million release clause but are prepared to offer €70 million in cash plus Junior Firpo in exchange for the 22-year-old.

Inter don’t agree with a €41 million valuation of the 23-year-old, the report continues, especially considering that the Catalan club paid only €18 million last summer. Further talks are required if a deal is to be reached.

Junior Firpo has made 17 appearances across all competitions so far this season, for a total of 1196 minutes. In that time, he has scored one goal and provided one assist, struggling to earn consistent playing time.
