Inter could potentially go in for Ajax’s Donny van de Beek, whose price has dropped as a result of the Coronavirus crisis according to a report from the online edition of British news outlet The Times.

Inter had shown an interest in the highly rated Dutch midfielder ahead of the most recent January transfer window and the likes of Real Madrid and Manchester United have also shown a keen interest in signing him.

Van de Beek had in fact agreed a deal in principle to join Real Madrid for around €55 million prior to the Coronavirus crisis but due to the crisis there is uncertainty as to whether Los Blancos will finalise the move.

The report from The Times goes on to explain that the Ajax player’s value has now dropped to around €40 million and due to this, Inter may think about making a move for him.

This season the 23-year-old has scored 10 goals and provided 11 assists in 37 appearances across all competitions to date.
