Fiorentina’s Federico Chiesa remains on Inter’s radar ahead of the upcoming transfer window according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Tuttosport.

Inter chief executive Giuseppe ‘Beppe’ Marotta and sporting director Piero Ausilio are well aware that the highly rated 22-year-old will come far from cheap with it understood that Fiorentina want at least €70 million to let him leave the club.

A move for Chiesa will seemingly only be a possibility for Inter in the event that Lautaro Martinez is to depart the club.

Inter do not wish to meet Fiorentina’s demands for the Italian national team winger and could look to reduce the overall cost of the deal by offering a player or players.

Moreover, Inter have no interest in being caught up in a bidding war with arch rivals Juventus, who are also long term admirers of Chiesa.

The report goes on to add that Manchester United are also keen on Chiesa but he has no interest in leaving Italy, especially given the European Championship’s will take place next Summer.
