Inter are seriously considering reintegrating Radja Nainggolan into the first team picture according to a report from Italian news outlet TuttoMercatoWeb.

The former Belgian national team midfielder is currently out on loan at fellow Serie A side Cagliari and is due to return to Inter once the loan deal expires but it is as yet unclear what will happen with him.

There has been talk of interest from Fiorentina and Atalanta but the report goes on to explain that neither club are thinking all that seriously about the former Roma player due to his age, likely cost of at least €20 million and his annual salary of €4.5 million.

Whilst out on loan at Cagliari, Nainggolan has shown glimpses of the best version of himself again. This term he has made 24 appearances across all competitions to date. In his time on the park, which totals just shy of 2000 minutes, he has scored five goals and provided six assists.
