Milan Skriniar is the only Inter central defender certain to start in this weekend’s match against Napoli according to a report from Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, which was aired a short time ago.

As things stand, Andrea Ranocchia and Alessandro Bastoni appear the likeliest to join him at the back but Stefan de Vrij or Danilo D’Ambrosio may also play too.

The report adds that Ashley Young is expected to start at left wing back whilst Antonio Candreva is currently favoured to Victor Moses to start on the opposite side.

Christian Eriksen is also currently ahead of Stefano Sensi in the race for the final starting berth in the midfield, the other two of which will be occupied by Marcelo Brozovic and Nicolo Barella.

The report goes on to conclude that Inter’s Uruguayan duo Matias Vecino and Diego Godin are likely to miss the game at the Stadio San Paolo as a result of injury.
