Inter will be missing four players tonight in their Coppa Italia clash against Napoli through injury, according to a report from Sky Sports Italia journalist Matteo Barzaghi on Twitter earlier today.
The report details how the Nerazzurri will be without Italian full back Danilo D’Ambrosio, Uruguayan defender Diego Godin, Uruguayan midfielder Matias Vecino and 18-year-old French talent Lucien Agoume for tonight’s Coppa Italia semi-final clash against Napoli.
The Milanese club are currently 1-0 down on aggregate, after losing the first leg at home 1-0 to Gennaro Gattuso’s squad. Inter coach Antonio Conte is incredibly keen to win the competition in order to have a successful first season in charge of the Milanese club, the report continues.
Especially important considering the early elimination from the Champions League and the club’s outsider role in the title race between Lazio and Juventus. The winner of tonight’s clash will face Juventus next Wednesday in the Coppa Italia final.
